We use Dr Davis for our family dentist. No one has needed anything more than routine preventative care and a few fillings, so I can’t speak to how well he does with the more extensive things, but for the preventative care he is excellent.
The #1 reason I will continue to use him is because of his respect for other people’s personal choices regarding issues such as fluoride and metal fillings.
Some Dr’s are arrogant and assume if you hold a different view than they do that you are ignorant and need them to educate you (usually in a demeaning manner). Dr. Davis is informative while also maintaining respect for someone’s differing views. It is refreshing to be treated like the guardian/​decision maker than I am for my own and my children’s health.
When Dr. Davis knew I was without dental insurance one year, he worked with me on the price of xrays instead of waiting until the following year for me to get back on dental insurance. That is something he didn’t have to do and was incredibly nice of him.
Dr. Davis comes across as calm, relaxed and attentive. He takes his time explaining things that you ask to be explained instead of rushing through. You feel like he cares about you personally instead of just seeing you as another in a lone line of mouths he’s getting paid to work on. It’s nice to feel like a person vs a number. He does a really good job of helping to make you feel valued as a patient.
The staff are really friendly. My son has autism and I forget the name of the lady that cleaned his teeth, but she did an incredible job of keeping it fun in order to keep him engaged and without fear. The same lady cleaned mine and my wife’s teeth and was enjoyable for all of us.
All in all we really like this practice and will continue to bring our family to them for our dental care. We highly recommend.
Things to note that aren’t entirely uncommon for other practices in the area, but are still helpful to know ahead of time:
–This place is NOT wheelchair accessible or handicap friendly in any way and is at the top of a fairly steep stairway. There are stairs to enter the building and then another set of steeper/​longer stairs once you get inside. If you are unable to ascend stairs, unfortunately, this isn’t the place for you.
–Parking is limited. It looks like they have ample parking, but when you pull in, you’ll find that the majority of the parking is reserved for the other business on the main floor.
–Although they do service children, their waiting room and the facility in general is geared towards adults. The waiting room is small and is at the top of the steep stairway with nothing but a parent’s watchful eye to keep them from plummeting down the stairs. Bring your own toys and children’s books for the waiting room. I believe they had one toy-​an abacus-​and possibly one or two kid’s books or magazines. If you’re bringing your whole family where the children might need to wait for any length of time, you’d do well to bring your own things to keep them engaged.

Dr. Davis is a wonderful dentist, and always accommodates his patients in an emergency. We are lucky to have him!

I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Davis through a friend. I have always had anxiety about going to a dentist but Dr. Davis completely appeased my fears; he was so patient, kind and gentle. He obviously loves his job and cares deeply about his patients. This was by far the best experience I have had at the dentist and I will be going back. Thank you Dr. Davis!!!

Finding Dr. Davis a few years back was a stroke of good luck. I found a dentist that could handle my problem teeth, my dental anxiety and also be available when I needed to be seen. I’ve have always been very pleased with the work he has done and have to say that Dr. Davis is a wonderful dentist. He has excellent listening skills, explains what your options are and does this in a relaxed way. His work is highly professional and he is a very caring person. The entire office staff is warm and inviting. I highly recommend Dr. Davis.
