If I could have a do-over for my bridesmaids, we most certainly absolutely, would not come here. Two of my bridesmaids elected not to go to the brand store one because one was out of state, and the other likes to support local. We had stepped in here previously and known they had the dress that she liked. My other bridesmaid had never been, but wanted someone who was familiar to go with. The one bridesmaid literally just had to order the dress, she had tried it on before knew the size etc. The other drove from GA to come to this place, to get the dress and everything. We had a specific color that we wanted, and so you would think the dress shop being in the business of selling dresses would be aware of a dress came in the right color before the customer left. They did not. We get a call on Monday, saying they couldn’t order the dress in the color she had to pick a different dress. Even though she had tried on others, this was her fave of two, and neither came in the color. They shouldn’t have even been pulled as options. When I called to discuss the issue with the store, they were extremely hostile with me. They didn’t want to cancel the order, and my bridesmaid was unable to make a decision at the time or focus on this issue that should have been taken care of. Then they wouldn’t let me, the person who paid for the order cancel it because it wasn’t in my name. Fine, whatever. So she cancelled I called back to get my money. They charge a 25% cancellation fee, of the total cost of the dress not the deposit. Then, they charged me 110 instead of 86 dollars as they stated they would. Oh and monday when we spoke, she was in the dressing room with a bride. Completely unprofessional business.
