Carter’s Babies & Kids

OK maybe not 5 stars, but I don’t think they are work 1 star, so here I am… I would say about a 3 – 4 star average for this spot… who doesn’t like baby clothes? They always have some kind of sale going on, and since I now have a new grandbaby, it gives me even more of a reason to shop here! I do like to buy stuff when its on sale so when I am invited to a babyshower or something, I will be ready! They also keep coupons in your email and online so just print them before you head out to shop and your golden!

I buy 95% of my child’s clothing for Carter’s. I like the brand, and I like the consistency in sizing. I also usually have very good customer service. Today, however, the sales lady tried to sign me up for a rewards system. This is par for the course at any check out line nowadays. I politely declined. She tried to encourage me with coupons and I replied that I am not good with paper coupons, instead I like to use my Coupon Sherpa app. She replied that «using those apps harms their business» and that those coupons are not supposed to be used by me. She claimed they are coupons sent to people who sign up for their rewards program and that they shouldn’t be able to be used by just anyone. Then she went on to say that Carter’s will not be allowing people to use those coupons soon and only will be sending people personalized coupons so if you don’t spend a lot of money at their store, they won’t send me very good coupons. These comments made me feel like I was a bad person for using a coupon. The coupons on this app were the same ones that I would find by logging on to
I will still continue to buy Carter’s clothes, but I may not chose to buy them from this particular store.
