Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

This review is for the last experience I had at this store. The previous visits were all satisfactory.
My salesperson was Luke. He didn’t offer his name, until I asked for it at the end.
My Samsung’s LCD broke, and I went in to switch to my father’s iPhone. My father passed away less than one month prior. It wasn’t something I wanted to do, but had to do out of necessity. I’m not even going to mention the first part of my visit, which was certainly unpleasant, but not anything I can’t shrug off.
Once Luke found a SIM card for the iPhone, he had me power it off to activate it. During this time he got on his own phone and began texting/​browsing the internet/​who knows what. I sat for about 4 minutes in my seat, waiting — eventually in disbelief. It actually took a bit of effort to gain his attention to ask what needed to be done next. His response was terse, and something along the lines of, «Your phone’s activated, so nothing.» That was it. He didn’t offer to confirm that the phone was indeed functioning, as every other Verizon associate has done for me in the past 9 years. Nothing.
The fellow would barely acknowledge me the entire visit. It was a very emotional thing to be doing before I even walked in the door, and I was treated very poorly.

This location was great. Luke Foulds assisted me with everything I needed and answered all my questions. I will be back.

After being with another major carrier (who will remain nameless) I switched to Verizon a few years ago. The rates are a bit higher but well worth not having as many dropped calls. Yes, the dropped calls still happen, but not near as often and they’re very rare, usually when I’m driving on the interstate.
Yesterday was my first time at this location. We were in the market for an iPhone 6, to add to our plan for my nephew. We called around and this location had one. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and were assisted right away by Tristian. He was fast, friendly and professional.
He sold us on the gel screen protector so well that three of us bought one for our phones. They’re $ 20 and a lifetime guarantee. Tristian put them on with a manual contraption. I’ve bought a few other protectors and I’ve had to put them on, they end up bubbling up… not these. As a matter of fact, one had a partical under the protector once he put it on and he took it off and put on another one. If that were to have happened with one of the old protectors, I would have been out of pocket for two protectors. Can’t beat it for satisfaction guarantee.
When I’m ready to retire my iPhone 5, I’ll make my way back to this location.
