I’ve spoken to a number of associates over the past 2 ½ months so that I could understand the in’s and out’s of getting an updated iPhone. Tristan was extremely helpful; sadly he has transferred to Columbus OH. I did not realize this and called him to ask for help in getting the new phones. He was very kind and offered to help any associate I might end up dealing with – I just needed to have that person call Tristan. I next dealt with Luke Foulds who was very helpful in showing me how to change the settings on my 4s for overseas use; he was also helpful after I left the store and had more questions for him which he answered over his cell phone. I finally got back to the store and spoke at length with Brandon Mitchell – also great; because I needed answers from my husband I did not go ahead with a purchase. I finally made my purchases through Alex Bayner, Luke’s roommate and co-​worker. How do I know this? I had called Luke to make my purchases; he was unavailable but offered to contact Alex and see if he could come into the store early and help me! Which he did. And finally, today? I met with Stephanie Meadows who got my bill straightened out and also explained various options on my phone. All these folks were very helpful and took their time to assist me and answer my questions. I just wish they could all stay at the Lexington Richmond Rd all the time!

Worst verizon experince ever! I got the run around when ordering a phone and lost a hundred dollar rebate due to their incompetence. In person you get poor service and rude sales people. If they answer the phone when calling the store, they’ll be too busy to help you and say they call back… dont hold your breath. Do yourself a favor, find a genuine verizon store.
