French-​English bilingual preschool.

* For children 2 years 9 months — 5 years old learning together in a multi-​age and bilingual environment.

* Half day program from 9 am — 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

* Tuition: $ 10,400 for the 2015 – 16 school year.

* Nurture and develop all developmental areas — physical, social, emotional, and intellectual. Special emphasis on social development and language development in two languages.

* Two-​way bilingual approach which honors and respects both languages and the diverse cultural backgrounds of the participants.

History

Established in 1997.

French for Kids was founded in 1997 by Janis Rothbard and Monique Heymann. Their vision for the school has been guided by their love for children, belief in the power and benefits of early childhood education, and passion for starting children on the journey of second language learning at a young age. The founders drew upon their many years of combined experience in education and administration to create an innovative and well-​managed small, independent school.
