Nice people, but I gave them three weeks notice to prepare a flower delivery for my wife’s birthday and even went in personally to put together the arrangement. They still managed to drop the ball. When I called at 4:00 in the afternoon on the delivery date to ask why the arrangement had not arrived, I was (rather dismissively) told that my wife’s name was not on the delivery schedule for that day. Only when the person with whom I spoke actually checked that list did they apologize and admit that they had made a mistake and begin throwing together a last minute arrangement which they rushed out the door and managed to deliver just as my wife was leaving her office. I will say that they delivered a fine-​looking arrangement and it was what I ordered but considering that my phone call was the only reason they narrowly made the deadline, they did nothing to make it right. Mistakes happen, but I can’t give them my business again. One-​star for service and a second star for the arrangement.

Stephen is a Gem! He is SO patient and wonderful to work with! He has a great eye and talent for floral design! He worked with me from the other side of the country to creat the wedding flowers I had invisioned! (I lived in Las Vegas while planning a Wedding in Lexington, KY). He sent me multiple e-​mails, pictures, lots of phone calls, to make sure we had the same vision for the center pieces, bouquets, corsages, and other floral decoration! HE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB!
