Please do your research on IMTA and small agencies who push models to attend IMTA. It is a financial scam that encourages people to return year after year spending thousands of dollars to try to obtain representation from a large agency.

I remember going to this agency, a while back, to try and see what all the buzz was about. I had tried for modeling and a monologue that was free. Basically, they were giving out free appointments, for people who wanted to show their potential, in the modeling department.
I do know that modeling is a huge difference from acting; but after getting my scores back, they said I was good enough to go to NY, to be selected by modeling agents. The only problem was the price, which was overwhelming. It came to around $ 2000+ to go to the conference. This place is definitely BBB accredited, but I question the reputability of the conference and as a model.
From what I have learned, through research, agents typically make most of their money off clients, after taking a cut, when the model is paid. If you have to pay that much to attend a showcase, it seems iffy.
