Jared Nimtz, MD

History

Established in 2013.

Dr. Nimtz is a Lexington-​area plastic surgeon who branched out on his own to offer patients a range of services including the incredibly rewarding work of breast reconstruction and skin cancer reconstruction. He has served a medical mission to Equador where he helped children with significant facial and limb abnormalities. We want our patients to not only look healthy but to be healthy.

Business Owner

Dr. Nimtz completed his internship and residence in a selective 6-​year integrated plastic surgery program at the University of Kentucky. He is a native of Delaware, and as an undergraduate attended Brigham Young University, where he graduated with university honors and honors in microbiology. While he attended the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University, he was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. He enjoys now calling Kentucky his home.
