I hired AnnMarie Colasanti when I bought and then sold my condo eight years later. I was surprised to read a negative review as I had a great experience working with both her and her paralegal. They were timely and thorough in their responses. I would certainly attain her services should I decide to purchase a home in MA again.

This review is for Richard Keshian only. I don’t have experience with any of the other lawyers in the firm so I can’t vouch for them. We found Dick through the Arlington town list as a recommended lawyer for our recent condo purchase, and he is seriously the most detailed, helpful lawyer ever!
He sat down and walked us through every single little clause in the Purchase and Sales agreement until we felt comfortable, and was always quick to answer any questions we had over email or the phone. He charges a flat fee for going through the P&S agreement if you hire him as the closing lawyer. Highly recommended for such a stressful purchase!

I hired AnnMarie Colasanti for a real estate closing. I believe she knows the field well, but she will not answer emails or calls unless it suits her. My closing is in one week and I have left her and her paralegal more than 20 messages and can not get a return call.
