Kay grew up in Falmouth, KY. She has a Doctorate in Education from UK and is Professor Emeritus at EKU. As a Realtor, she sees her work as facilitating the home and lifestyle changes that her clients require, whether it is moving to a new city, downsizing from a larger home, or upsizing to accommodate a growing family. Kay approaches her work as a Realtor with a calm demeanor and determination to make each transaction as smooth as possible. Her major role is to listen to the needs of her clients and act accordingly in a manner that is professional and efficient.

In keeping with her earlier work as an educator, Kay continues to value the role of education in making her even better in her

profession. She has achieved the following professional designations. ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), e-​Pro Technology Certified, Transnational Referral Certification, SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute).
