General Dentistry services focusing on complex reconstructive cases. We are committed to providing patients treatment for long term dental health. In addition to restoring teeth and maintaining gum health we pay special attention to the biting forces in order to improve the longevity of the restorations. Special attention is taken to make sure the restorations appear beautiful and feel natural. Crowns and Veneers can be fabricated in one visit with the latest Cad technology. Digital X-​rays are used to help with better diagnosis and to reduce radiation exposure. We work with patient to achieve a cavity-​free mouth. We strive to have our patients enjoy their teeth for a life-​time while minimizing problems through risk management treatment and prevention.

Established in 1985.

In 1985, Dr. Brenda Nishimura acquired the practice from a retiring dentist who owned the practice for 50 years. The practice has had an excellent long standing record for over 75 years.

Dr. Brenda Nishimura is a graduate of Tuft University. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Nishimura was awarded her Fellowship through the Academy of General Dentistry. She is a member in good standing with the American Dental Society, Massachusetts Dental Society, American Equilibration Society, Pankey Alumni Association and Central New England Research Study Club.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nishimura’s practice since 1993… yes, 1993. Over that time, she consistently employs the most talented, professional, and friendly staff that you can expect. Furthermore, she insists that her office practices the most state of the art techniques and uses top of the line products. It is hard to find a dentist that offers a full line of services in a pain free, relaxed atmosphere where you feel like a valued customer and member of an extended family, and not just a source of income for the business. But, when you do, you stick with them, which is exactly what I have done!

Dr. Brenda Nishimura is one of the best dentists I have ever had. She is thorough and skilled and she completely stands behind her work. A couple of years ago I foolishly bit into a piece of hard candy and broke off a repair she did and Dr. Nishimura fixed the tooth again for free. She has a state of the art Cerec machine too and I have had her do both filling and crowns for me, always done perfectly well and without pain too. She is very attentive to her patients’ comfort.
Her staff is excellent too — Both Emily and Donna are superb hygienists who also do thorough and exceptional work while being sensitive to patient comfort. The office administrator Casey is delightful to work with as well.
My wife and I have gone to Dr. Nishimura for almost eight years now and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new dentist. As strange as it may sound, I actually look forward to my dental appointments.

Dr. Nishmura and her staff are both professional and pleasant, which makes going to the dentist a bit more palatable. I switched to Dr. Nishmura at the recommendation of a friend, and have been extremely happy with the dental care I have received. I had a very thorough initial consultation and then several appointments to take care of some issues going on in my mouth. Dr. Nishmura is on top of the advances in the dental field and helped me with an aging crown, gum sensitivity and overall dental health. My teeth have never looked or felt better. I also have to mention Donna, Dr. Nishmura’s assistant, who is the perfect compliment to Dr. Nishmura. They are a true team that work seamlessly together.

Dr. Brenda Nishimura, DDS is the most complete and detailed practitioner in her field. Never have I been to a dental office where I feel so completely cared for! Not only is her staff the most friendly, warm & welcoming and FUN, but together they make the complete team. Everyone seems to know what is needed before being asked and everyone helps out everyone. It’s so efficient. I am able to completely relax in the chair and don’t have a problem to remember breathing — as is not the case with other dentists I have been to. (I’m SURE you know what I’m talking about!) ;) In regards to cleanings, the hygienists are extremely detailed and incredibly gentle! My mouth leaves that office squeaky clean! I give Dr. Nishimura and her staff of professionals the five-​star rating they all so deserve!

I was not pleased with being charged $ 20 for mouthwash which one of the hygenists gave me without letting me know that I would be charged. I tried to dispute the charge, letting the billing person at the office know that I was not told in advance about the charge, but nothing was done and I kept receiving a bill in the mail. It was not until I went to the office in person and spoke with the receptionist that they finally took the charge off of my account, calling it a «professional courtesy».
