Lexington Overstock Warehouse

Ok, so my son and daughter-​in-​law (while living in Louisville) purchased both of their entire bedroom suites and mattresses from Louisville Overstock a few years back. They always raved about the quality, selection, and prices. So as I was needing a couple of new pieces to add around my house, my first thought was Lexington Overstock. And I am glad I did!!! The sales staff was over-​staffed so I always had someone to answer any questions I had about their inventory on the showroom floor. I found exceptional pieces for what I was needing, at more than 25% less cost than comparable items at Haverty’s, Pier 1, or Burke. Even better: I also found a set of 4 dining room chairs for ONLY $ 79 each, and they are of exceptional quality!!! I highly recommend Lexington Overstock and will be giving them more of my business VERY soon!

Horrible customer service. Went in about 3 weeks after buying a $ 1000 couch there for a floor lamp hat we just didn’t buy the first trip. We went back in and stood, waited, finally stopped a guy that seemed disinterested. We asked about lamp and he was like… ehh don’t know if they have more and they aren’t gonna wanna sell the floor model. After asking if he could check, just sighed went away and came back and said no they won’t sell it and if they did it would be full price so… Then just walked away.

I love this place! My experience at Lexington Overstock has been absolutely wonderful. I’ve purchased a bedroom suite, dining set, tv stand, and coffee table. The furniture is very high quality and the customer service is even better. Matthew was the salesperson that most recently assisted me and he did an excellent job. Clint was also very helpful.
The prices are incredible, the customer service is amazing and you will simply not find a better place to purchase furniture in this state.

Long wait at dock. Uncourteous staff. After 45 minutes I went to sales manager. 30 minutes later several people trying to find the right product. Meanwhile 9 other vehicles were loaded as I waited. I was told my items were buried but got no response when I asked why the people tending to customers that arrived significantly later than me couldn’t help dig it out. Ultimately they sold me product they didn’t actually have. No savings worth this hassle. Be warned potential consumer!

Great company! Wont buy Furniture any where else ever again! The staff was SUPER helpful and really friendly. Even though the warehouse was busy – wall-​to-​wall customers– they managed their time very well.
Their selection is great! We LOVE LOVE LOVE our couch! Their prices are unbeatable for the quality. They stand behind their products and will see to it that you are satisified. — The TV stand we ordered had a small scratch on the top surface– they said they would have one delevered to our door with our couch the next day at no charge. They even assembeled it due to our inconvienience!
