McDonald’s

Ok so I went with a co worker to grab some quick lunch at McDonalds. We decide to go through the drive thru to be a little quicker. So McDonalds recently converted the drive thru lanes from one to two lanes. So we pull up to make our order, at this moment the car at the second drive thru window is placing an order so we wait till they are done to try and make our order, when they finish they proceed to pull up to the window to get their food so it is Now suppose to be our turn to order, but instead mcdonalds takes the next person’s order and skips us, then another car pulls up and we are skipped Again, and this happens 3 Times. So now we decide to pull up to the food window and we tell the employee what had happened and we would like to make our order. So the employee now proceeded to take our order and to act rude to us and like we were a burden on her, no sorry no nothing. So NEEDLESS to say we were very displeased and I will try to avoid this restaurant. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY RUDE …

Had to upgrade it one more star. The gal at the register, who had taken my order through the drive thru, swapped the free soft drink (stated on the coupon I had), for a McCafe hot caramel beverage.
I was thinking, prior to going to McDonalds, «what if I settle for a small size McCafe?» (assuming that I would have to negotiate that they would not be losing money for the hot beverage over the soft drink); however, she was able to give me the same size of the beverage I wanted.

drive thru service is slow and unfriendly. I ordered my food and paid, when i pulled away and checked my bad my order was completely wrong causing me to go back inside and complain. Just an inconvenience really. on top of that, when i got my correct food, it was cold! Wont be going back here.

This is a beautifully built McDonalds and must be one of the new ones.
The food was served well. The 3* review is due to having to wait in the drive-​thru for 15 minutes with one other car in line.

This used to be a very friendly place. The management changed about 6 months ago and now I don’t want to visit here unless it’s the only place open for food. Three stars is generous considering the current atmosphere.

One of the new styled McDonalds. Very nice with the typical food that everyone loves. Loss of a star due to lack-​luster staff. Not too friendly.
