Business Owner

Dr. Bass attained his baccalaureate of science in biology with honors from the University of Kentucky. He then dedicated a year of training to bone marrow transplant research at the Lucille P. Markey Cancer Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Bass was accepted to and completed Southern Illinois University’s prestigious M.D./J.D. Dual Degree Program.

Dr. Bass is an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon.

Dr. Bass received his formal post graduate training in the integrated plastic surgery residency program at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas. During his 5 years at UTMB, Dr. Bass performed over 1600 cases under the guidance of 20 faculty and community plastic surgeons. This includes seven months of critical care and acute burns, six months of craniofacial reconstruction, four months of burn and congenital reconstruction, four months as chief resident, six weeks at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, and two weeks with Miami cosmetic surgeons.
