I got a membership last year because Mona would give me an awesome shape. However, the past two time I’ve been there, I have received VERY poor service. My eyebrows were cut too thin and no defined shape! Highly upset with this place and will never go back!!!

I went to get my eyebrows done. They are naturally thin as I am growing them out. I was greeted (and I use this term loosely because I was barely acknowledged) by this rude black woman (idk her name) who tells me that the reason they charge $ 15 to thread is because there aren’t a lot of places in Lexington that does eyebrow threading so they know they can get away with charging that much. I should’ve known to run then. Long story short, she ruined my eyebrows, she knew she ruined them and told me I didn’t have to pay. So now I have two lopsided eyebrows

I went into miracle eyebrows and asked if they were busy, this was a completely innocent question. I was snapped at by the woman working and harassed by her client. Clearly this business doesn’t believe in customer service or respect. I cannot attest to the actual performance of the services, I chose to not be verbally attacked any further and went else where.

I was in a rush to get my eyebrows done today so I ran into the mall and found this lovely place. I was surprised that there weren’t any reviews for it yet! So, I give it four stars, my eyebrows turned out great, but the lady doing the eyebrows was a bit slow, and I was trying to make a movie. I should give her some slack because she was like 7 months pregnant.lol. anyway, she (Amina) did a great job on my eyebrows and was quick (with me) and I had a great experience. I would definitely go back to her :)
