While the clothing is desirable, the customer service is despicable! When none of their «Country Club Couture» fit either of my young teens, they did agree to refund my purchase rather than limit us to a store credit. While I wrote a note of appreciation on the store’s receipt, I was told by the 20-​something cheerleader sales person that «Since our clothes don’t fit them, I’m certain this won’t happen again»! My 13 year old body conscious girls were deeply hurt as they immediately took it to mean that because they weren’t the «perfect» body types they were not welcome in the store. P. S. The merchandise being returned was a current item and continues to be restocked.
