I am a Realtor with RE/​Max Elite Realty, specializing in Residential and Professional properties. I have over 10 yrs in the business, plus an additional 20+ yrs of re-​habbing my own properties for profit. I welcome the opportunity to help residential buyers and sellers, as well as investors.

History

Established in 1984.

I started re-​habbing properties by accident, finding that I could, with help, buy property that was less than perfect in good neighborhoods, and fix them up to buy a better one in a better neighborhood. I lived/​worked on my 1^st three properties. At one point, I found that I was receiving more income doing this than my salaried corporate marketing job. A life and career change opportunity presented itself after 9/​11, and I moved to the Orlando, FL area and obtained my Real Estate license. After 4 yrs in a booming market, another life change brought me back to KY, where I have continued to help others buy and sell property, using my background and expertise in business, marketing, and negotiating, as well as experience buying & selling a wide range of personal and investor properties. I continue to flip a house or two when I have the opportunity.
