We rented one of the townhouses off Indiana Avenue for 3 years and had a pretty good experience. Although the townhouse had some quirks (we had sewage back up during one of the ice storms, the oven doesn’t fully open because it bumps the fridge), we really appreciated the prompt maintenance. Plus, you really just can’t ask for a better location right downtown on the edge of historic Bell Court.
