Wow, customer service here is the absolute worst. I definitely felt like I was more of a burden than a paying customer. The particular person who made my order barked items on the line at me, and when I wanted something put on my nachos they were slopped on in a very dramatic fashion. There were black beans, sour cream, and queso all over my bowl. I paid and then she just stomped off. Another girl asked if I need anything, which I was waiting for my chips that I ordered on the side. At that time a different girl(just as rude as the first) says No, she’s good– and shoves my food at me. I finally got my chips(they gave me about 12). Also, the chicken was burnt to the point of not being edible. Worst ever.

This place is filthy. The food is good, but the whole place is dirty. I had to to clean my own table. The floor was dirty, the restroom was dirty and the food prep floor was disgusting.

Terrible customer service. I’m never eating at a Qdoba again. I’ve always thought the product was sub par compared to Chipotle but my husband insisted on going because it’s a more convenient location. The woman working at the cashier belittled the man in front of us for them getting his order wrong, they tore through the tortilla on our burrito and then charged us to fix it. Ridiculous. Chipotle all the way. This place isn’t worth your money.

While the food is decent. I must say Moe’s has this place beat by miles. Q is more expensive for a burrito. And on top of that Moe’s chips and salsa FREE. Qdoba chips and salsa $ 2 up charge. The chicken was fatty and spit out 4 – 5 pieces of it. Just over all your best bet is Moe’s.

This was my first visit to Qdoba. I wasn’t really impressed with the food and felt it was over priced for what I got. 3 soft chicken tacos and a drink was almost 9.00. It did taste fresh, but I don’t know that I would go back. However, I am not a an adventurous person when it comes to Mexican food as I don’t like this too spicy, so take it for what it’s worth.

It’s pretty good food that’s conveniently on the way to work. It doesn’t have a drive thru however the line rarely takes very long and I’ve not came across any difficulties finding a parking spot.

I wish we have Qdoba here in the Bay Area… Pretty much just like Chipotle…(which i’m a fan of)… BUT… BETTER!!! i was able to try the steak bowl. and loved the tenderness and juiciness of the meat. it was pretty tasty as well. I love the QUESO!!! Queso me up!!! sooo fatty yet sooo yummmmy!!! I’d definitely go back next time i’m in town.

«Tang, and Spice. kick it Up» — — Likes it — Good food, moderate price, and if you drop on the extra hot salsa you get a good kick. Great for a afterwork meal or a special trip for a offday. Heck why not get this for lunch and take it back t the office?
