Where to start-1,000 times friendlier than the other chain similar to this one. They also do not charge you for extras. The last time I Went to C I wanted grilled veggies for my burrito, got an eye roll instead because they were out. They were making some fresh here and put a bunch in a to go container for me-no eye roll from these guys, it was their idea and they did it with a smile. I think his name was Keviar, he’s the bomb, give him a raise. Food is much better than C and not as messy. Oh and the best part, they were actually taught this little skill called customer service. Drop the C and head to Q, much better experience. Will be my new go to place. Their employees smile and everything, it’s an amazing concept!

I don’t know what the deal is here, but the service is just crap every time, without fail. I’ve started going out of my way to go to the Nicholasville Road location when I have a hankerin’ for Qdoba, because I just can’t deal with this location anymore. Most everyone working here is an overgrown frat boy with no personality, apparently either too hung over or just too rude to force a smile or a «thank you». The food is what you expect, but I just can’t get past the awkwardness of trying to get my food here. It’s honestly sometimes like you’re wondering if you’re at one of those places where the employees are supposed to be mean to you because it’s funny and everyone’s in on the joke. Just go to Nicholasville Road.

Have ate here many many times and have always loved it. The service and food are great and the prices are a little high but well worth what you get. The guy behind the counter was very nice and even gave my son a cookie while we were getting our order. i think his name was Trevor. Really nice guy. I haven’t been to any other location but this one was great.

Qdoba food is generally fine. However, at this location on Richmond Road I had an unpleasant incident with the food preparer behind the counter. I asked him to put no cheese on my naked vegetarian burrito and he accidentally started to put some on anyways. Not a problem, habits are hard to break. However, without saying a word to me he abruptly and aggressively tossed my food in the trash and seemed to have a horrible attitude, as if I did something. It was shockingly rude. There was no statement, like«no problem» and no smiles… just this attitude and body language that suggested that I was the problem. I asked him why he had an attitude and that I wanted to speak to the manager. I told him that he was acting like I was a problem. He apparently was the shift manager and simply said that he didn’t have an attitude. He made no attempt to apologize or to make any statements that would clarify that he didn’t mean to come off rude. This was all done in front of a line of people. Surreal.

Ok, this is just a burrito place but if thats what you’re wanting this is the place. Well, maybe I have already overstated since I have never ordered a burrito, always the nekkid burrito, but it is always made with freshly grilled chicken and the cheese sauce is just right on it. The salad is also excellent and fresh. This is one place that is just as advertised. Always consistent and what more could you ask of a fast food taco, burrito place. The staff even remembers your choices after a few visits and there is one group of 8 or 10 that eats there every day, every day! In and out quickly even if there is a line. Best fast food alternative on Richmond Rd.
