We run year round and have special rates and private dining available for groups. History

Established in 2013.

R. J. Corman Lexington Dinner Train began serving passengers in 2013 on a rail line that hadn’t seen passenger service for over 80 years. While aboard beautifully restored 1940’s dining cars, diners will enjoy a relaxing and inviting fine dining atmosphere. Our phenomenal culinary team prepares a gourmet, multi-​course meal fresh on board and invites passengers to indulge in the meal while they take in the beautiful scenery of the Central Kentucky horse farms. Passing through iconic horse farms, such as Calumet, The R. J. Corman Lexington Dinner Train travels to Versailles and back, allowing our guests to get a behind the scenes, unique view of our beautiful bluegrass state.

One of the worst experience. Just got off train. Short route. No electric in second car. Had to back completely to station. Everyone was pissed off. Waste of money.

It was a lovely experience. The food was great and very large portions. Staff were good and very attentive to the small details. Will definitely go again.

It was a nice night. The food was better than expected. It was very good. There were some very nice views and a good sunset. The staff was nice. Our favorite part was standing on the back platform and watching the scenery pass by. It’s a bit expensive, but is worth it for a special family/​friend outing. We will definitely plan on one of the their upcoming special excursions.
