I have to say that based on the previous reviews, this new management company must have done an awesome job fixing any issues. We have a police officer living on site, so no one unwanted ever hangs around. Maintenance is super nice and really fast to fix things. The staff is really personable and is always giving away free food! If you have ever been inside any of the other apartments near campus than you know that these are HUGE compared to what you get with even the other more pricey options and each bedroom has its own bathroom. College kids are going to do stupid stuff no matter where you go, but my experience here has been overall really good. Plenty of parking, nice patio with grills, very clean, really nice people, good rent prices, safe and close to campus.
