I started working with Serif Group in late 2013 for a small family business rebranding project. I happened upon them by chance and I am so glad I did. The design work has been phenomenal. Their vision for our construction company’s brand has exceeded our expectations. After a few brainstorming sessions they were able to envision something even greater than we had in mind. Their use of contemporary design on a nearly 30 year old business has made us look brand new. We also had a website built from scratch and the feedback we have received is very positive.
The products we requested: logo, 8 ads, tech drawings, letterhead, business cards, and a website. They were able to produce these items with a very reasonable turn around time and that includes the countless changes we kept making.
Bill and Jackie, with the assistance of Theresa, have worked one on one to answer any questions, solve problems, and just give us piece of mind throughout the process. They’ve taken the time to do redesigns and multiple translations of our logo as a «what if». The personal touch is a rare find these days and much appreciated. They encourage client input through the process and provide education on each product and why they make specific recommendations. I’ve never felt out of the loop. We are going to continue to utilize their skills to maintain and update our brand as needed.
