Established in 2008.

Our owner has over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of culinary positions: general manager of food and beverage at a Country Club; assistant supervisor at Disney World; supervisor of set-​up for new corporate dining facilities at Morrison’s and Food Service Advisor for the Georgia Department of Corrections. Combining his love of cooking and entertaining with his knowledge of food safety regulations and presentation skills, his dream was always to have his own catering company. After organizing many events for friends and family, it was time to become official in 2008.

Business Owner

Ed grew up in S.C. before traveling widely for Morrison’s-all of his children were born in different states! After his stint at Disney he chose to take a position at the Georgia Department of Corrections so that he could stay in one location to raise his growing family. He rose quickly in the ranks at the Department of Corrections until he reached the position of Food Advisor and was soon traveling all over Georgia to inspect kitchens and oversee the feeding of large inmate populations. Here he became a Serve Safe Instructor and used his extensive knowledge to build and open a new cafeteria in the operations center. In 2007 he relocated to South Carolina to be closer to family-​by 2008 he was catering! As more requests for his help with events for friends and family came in, his dream of his own catering company became a reality. Ed’s passion for food and his natural organizational skills and attention to detail make him an inspired and dependable caterer. It’s a great comination
