Sweet Lily’s is a self serve frozen yogurt, sorbet, and gelato store. We also have smoothies and coffee. We use real yogurt with real fruit and real flavors. Everyday from 11 – 3, you can get a pimento cheese sandwich, a chicken salad sandwich or a pulled pork BBQ sandwich. Join us today!

History

Established in 2013.

Chris and Leah MacFarlane love sweet treats and wanted to open a dessert store that had healthier options than ice cream or cupcakes. Frozen yogurt is what they decided on.

Leah’s background is in nutrition and food service and Chris is the creative mind. So together, they came up with Sweet Lily’s. No franchises, no other locations. Just Sweet Lily’s.

Business Owner

Leah has a degree in nutrition but also a major sweet tooth. Frozen yogurt can satisfy both of those. After being the Director of Training for many years at another local restaurant, Chris and Leah decided they needed their own place.

This place is awesome it’s right across from my barbershop and I’m not to big on ice cream but man I can’t get enough of this place I’d say it’s way better then the other frozen yogurt spots in town plus the owner is as sweet as can be she’s the best try this place out if your ever in the area then go across the street for a hair cut and I will take a bowl of that yogurt as a tip give them a try you’ll kno what I’m talking about

Lots of tasty frozen yogurt flavors and a good variety of toppings, including many chocolates, chocolate covered things, nuts, fruity candies, etc. Not so many fruits, but they did have blueberries, strawberries and pineapple on the day I was there and they were all fresh. I like local places, and this shop is very nicely decorated. They also offer coffee, but I’ve only tried the yogurt. They have a few outside tables in the summer, and several tables inside– perfect place for a get-​together or to bring the kids! Everyone was friendly too.

This place is extremely similar to Orange Leaf and the vast majority of other frozen yogurt places where you serve yourself and pay by weight. Their frozen yogurt and toppings were what you’d expect and tasted good, but nothing was extraordinarily tasty or unique. The environment has a very commercial/​chain feel, but it was clean and the worker was friendly. They charge 48 cents per ounce, and I’m not sure how that compares with their competition. I filled my cup about 2⁄3 full (including toppings) and it cost just under $ 5. I wouldn’t go back to pay $ 5 for what I received, bu they do currently have a Groupon available that allows to to pay $ 11 to receive 4 vouchers worth $ 5 each, and at that price, I think it’s a reasonable option.
