Ted M Richardson, OD

This was my first visit to Dr Richardson and definitely my last. Dr Richardson was very rude to me and pretty rude to his staff of 2. He just rolled around on his stool and barked out the name of the employee he wanted to see. He actually yelled at his assistant to come in to put drops in my eyes because he apparently can’t do it himself? And speaking of drops, I was never told at the time of scheduling my appointment that my eyes would be dilated. It left me half blind and I felt very unsafe driving myself home. It would have been nice to know so I could have arranged for a ride home. Oh, and I was charged for a contact lens fitting and they never did a fitting. I did have an eye exam, which was covered by my insurance but their «so called contact lens fitting» ate up almost all of my insurance allotment for contact lenses. I didn’t want to argue about it because I just wanted to get out of there. I was suckered in by their convenient hours but I won’t be going back. Consider yourself warned.
