In addition to these modalities I interweave Trigger Point Therapy, Positional Release Therapy and Muscle Energy Techniques throughout your massage as needed. One of my specialties is working with people who have limited or reduced range of motion issues especially in their neck, shoulder and low back areas. Each massage is customized for YOUR needs.
