Walmart Neighborhood Market

This is a small neighborhood store. It’s a easy location to get to. It’s a store you can get your essentials in and get out quick.
The deli was nicely done and the gentleman there was very helpful and it was cut the way I asked. It’s very clean and well stocked. The bakery is so so. There’s nothing baked there it’s all brought in. That’s a little disappointing.:(
On the other hand.
It’s a nice store where you can get to know everyone. It’s a comfortable place to shop.

Although small, this Neighborhood WalMart has most things you need on a day to day basis. It’s right in the Palomar Center, which makes a short drive from nearby neighborhoods.
I’m a frequent visitor whenever I’m in Lexington. It’s always stocked, clean, and organized. Staff are always standing around the entrance and check out areas, so when you need help, you most likely have to walk all the way to the front to ask for assistance. Staff are not particularly enthusiastic but helpful when you need them.
I came here the day of a snowstorm and they were out of salt. However, I was able to score a snow shovel. If you are looking for special product/​equipment or a large selection of items, you might have to go to a Supercenter. Otherwise this store is a good option.

I am actually not a fan of the neighborhood markets. I like the big stuff full of crap options the Super Centers provide me with.
This one was clean, close to where I was when I needed something, had tons of parking, and was open.
That being said it was clean. I couldn’t find anything and asking 3 different workers where something was before I actually found it.
Not my cup of tea. BLAH.

I go back and forth on this location. I love the ease and the parking. I love the people. They have that small market feel even though it is Wal Mart. But sometimes that means you don’t have enough people to help you find something, and you still have that Walmart shopping experience. Overall, it’s great!
