Audi Lighthouse Point

Another customer lied to so that they could sell a car. I was told that the car has new tires and that all the service of been performed. I had the car inspected and found out the tires had 35% tread left and that the services were not performed. The general manager told me that it was my word against theirs. These guys make craigslist look like an honest place to do business. I just wish I read all the complaints here before I bought a car from them.

Audi lease buy outs are a ripoff. $ 700 safety fee, $ 700 doc fee, $ 400 lot fee, etc. To me Audi is a ripoff and their dealers are merely co conspirators. My lease agreement buyout figure meant nothing to them. F Audi and the dealer!

I have dealt with both Braman and coral springs audi… this is by far the most patient, nice, upfront, no bs, no we are taking up to the cleaners dealership out there.
Friendly attentive to details and a pleasure to work with. Rob is the guy. I will only go here to buy or service an audi. After thinking I bought a lemon from their sister store in coral springs I have now been reassured that I will get at least another 50 k miles put of my 2007. Do not go anywhere else they fail in comparison. Thank you to rob and his crew for making this a pleasant and non frictional experience!

Dosappointing is understatement. We bought the q7 (2012 27k) around 40 days a go from Coral Springs Audi (another bunch of incompetent liters) with pre certified and Audi care program. After les then a week we took the car for the first time back to Audi to complain that air con was not working. They told us 2 times we are wrong and all is well. I have contacted the head office and they spoke to them. After that they looked «again» and magically found the problem and fixed it under warranty. Few days later the oil lamp came on. So back to the dealer we went. I was told that it’s perfectly normal to lose oil. After digging some more in to it I found that’s BS.
We contacted the head office again to be sent to «better» dealer at Lighthouse Point.
I am it sure how Audi rates they dealers but being better is not thru. They did take care of the oil, but didn’t do other things as agreed. And I was told all is perfect and me and my family are safe. After our trip I came back and told them that the original problem is still there and I was informed that because I didn’t double check the time before that it was fixed they are not willing to fix it under warranty.
My original dealership is Prestige Audi in Miami. We have bought and services all our cars there in last 4 years. I really don’t know what possessed me to try any other.
Please avoided the lighthouse Audi and Coral Springs at any cost. They will not deliver as promised.

I never sign up to write reviews and this is a first. I try to make a long story short, I can understand from a business perspective when a stealership will make an effort to deny a warranty claim or in my case a Certified pre-​owned (CPO) warranty claim. Had a wheel issue where they stated the repair wasn’t covered after doing the diagnostics, I wasn’t in the least surprised. I expressed my disagreement and said I wanted a second opinion, refused their service and went to pick up my car. My service adviser rudely gave my keys back got in the car… a few miles down the road a repetitive banging noise from the affected wheel… got home 3 out of the 5 lug bolts were loose! talk about a potential lawsuit! The manager Sean never returned my call nor did Manny my service adviser. I’ll be taking my Audi to Coral Springs until… well you know the story.

Was ready to buy an Audi here a few years ago. After asking the salesman, Owen, who was very nice, if he could just come down a little lower he then had his Manager talk to us. This man yelled at us, screamed at us, and we left and went the very next day to Braman in Palm Beach and bought the Audi Q5. Went to Lighthouse Point Audi the other day because it is closer to Boca and asked about a small plastic part on the end of the passenger seat rail which had cracked. We asked was it under warranty. No! And it’s $ 20 to replace! We also were going to have our 35,000 mile checkup there but after that we decided to ride up to West Palm Beach and take it to Braman. Braman said absolutely the part was covered by warranty… gave us a rental car, did our 35,000 mile checkup and sent us on our way! Very poor customer and repair service at this dealership. Take the time and take it up to Braman, you won’t be sorry!

Audi «always in pursuit of perfection» Failures
Car NOT delivered as promised for a simple second fix on sunshade. Wrong parts sent, cost more, poor quality control at distribution center. You have to call them to find out the status of you car. AUDI then begs for a «10» review with customer survey NO WAY!!! I have talked 2 people out of buying Audi, so far. I will be turning lease in and going back to BMW «The ultimate driving machine»

So far my experience has been awful. They misdiagnosed that the convertible top needed a new motor (after already replacing the same motor only 3 years prior at this dealership). Now they want another $ 1200 and say I still have to pay for the motor that it didn’t need. Their mechanics seem to be low wage kids. Service manager didn’t even know about a common Audi convertible top reset procedure. Stay away from this service dept., they have no idea what they are doing.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to in my life. I am actually never buying an Audi again solely based on my experience here. From not having a loaner ready when one was promised due to my need to return to work as soon as possible to trying to rip me off for thousands of dollars of unnecessary work, this place should be shut down ASAP. Not to mention my air wasn’t working and they tried to say it was fine and found out it needed to be reset. Don’t get a loaner, they will tell you it had a full tank when it didn’t. They also won’t have a correct phone number sometimes and then you don’t hear from anyone until you call yourself.

Service department needs an overhaul. Don’t bother scheduling an appointment in advance — a loaner vehicle will not be available and you’ll be stuck waiting for an Enterprise employee to pick you up. The one time that I actually received a loaner, it had no gas. My service advisor tried to sell me fuel injector cleaning, despite that I purchased Audi care when I bought the vehicle. The hustle was awkward. Finally, when I asked when my A5 would be ready, he told me «maybe today or tomorrow» and his explanation was that there were cars ahead of me. I said that was ridiculous — the entire reason to schedule an appointment is to guaranty a tech would be available to start the service. I certainly understand delays, but his answer that the appointment «guarantees me a time to speak with him» was sophomoric. Not to mention, he kept me waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes. Audi manufactures great vehicles, and Audi techs are well trained to keep your vehicle running well. But if you’re interested in a professional service department, choose another dealership.

We all know dealerships hard to deal with but this one was really bad both service and sales. I could not get my Audi fixed under warranty for the last 4 months. They try to convince me that the car is performing normal when actually there is a problem they acknowledge but can not locate.
The car is 2.5 years old with less than 35k miles on it and they said the problem occurs because of my regular use. Based on them a new car would not have this problem. daa. that is why you have warranty, you need to fix it.
I tried to get my car appraised so I could sell them, the price was 13k lower than the same car they were selling. This dealer is a big joke, stay away.

I just bought my Audi Q5 from Lighthouse Pointe Audi! Owen Snape was a great salesperson and Eddie Mellul, the general manager, went above and beyond to locate the exact car that I wanted. The entire finanacing process, explained by Gabriel, was relatively painless.
They were patient, knowledgeable and best of all: honest. As a woman I didn’t feel as if I was being led astray or taken advantage of!
I highly recommend this dealer and I love my car!
