Business Owner

Tina Brown started in a local small town Barber shop in Deerfield Beach at the age of 16 where she fulfilled her apprenticeship after 5 years. She went on to work in Key West at the Truman Annex Navy Base where she worked as a military barber for her 6 month term and from there went on to seek more experience in Miami Beach at the prestigious Palace of Kings exclusive Men’s Barber shop. There she did hair for some of the rich and famous for another year before coming back to Deerfield Beach and working in another shop for 7 years before deciding to open up her own business in her home town of Lighthouse Point in 2000 naming it Beacon Light Barber and Salon in which she still owns today.
