Susan F.

Business Owner

Susan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from West Virginia University and a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland. Her work experience includes 17 years of Human Resource experience including Benefit Plan Selection and Negotiation, Benefit and Pension Administration, Recruiting and Staffing, Performance Management, Employee Handbook Creation and Update, DOL Audit Preparation and Representation, Unemployment Management and Representation, Legal Representation, FLSA Audit and Compliance, Training and Development, Employee Onboarding and Orientation, Union Avoidance, and Organizational Design and Development.

Susan has worked in union and non-​union environments with small and large companies. Her communication style fits well with all levels of an organization and all types of employees. She is an experienced and resourceful project manager with good leadership skills.
