Bank of America

This location was terrible, but it keeps getting worse. This bank apparently doesn’t want your money, or they would make it easier to deposit it. They shut down the drive through window a while ago. When you enter there is ALWAYS one teller working and that person is training another. There are usually ten people in line and you’d think everyone is refinancing their mortgages based off the time they spend at the window. Usually people walk out in disgust before making their transactions once they see the precious minutes of their lunch breaks disappear to Bank Of America. Avoid this location if you value your time.

Horrible horrible customer service at this bank. Went through drive thru to make a deposit into my landlord and was asked for my debit And Id. I’m making it into someone else not mine. I thought the drive thru was for quick transactions and convenient for those who have trouble coming into the bank for multiple reasons. After I told her why she needed my debit card and Id she didn’t answer my question and just kept asking for it until she said if I didn’t have it I would have to come in. Really?! For a straight deposit ?
I’ve been a customer for almost 12 years and this is how I’m treated?
So I go in no one greeted me no one was their to help I needed a out of state deposit slip and of course they don’t have them until you ask for one. So I got in line
2 people in front of me. 2! And it took 20 min to get to a teller.
Teller with horrible customer experience she said how can I help you only because she has to say it other than I heard nothing. No conversation no eye contact no nothing horrible horrible I had my daughter with me and not even an offer to a lollipop nothing gave me my receipts and didn’t even say anything.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve had a Bank of America.
Coming from a banking background this looks horrible! I currently work for a bank and can’t believe this kind of service is given out.
I will go out of my way to avoid this bank but for whatever reason I have to go I will definitely talk to a manager. And open my session to be called for a survey

Why, Why, Why do they line 2 drive up ATMs behind one another and the customer in the front does 100 transactions? Dude, stop being inconsiderate. I’m only patient for 2 transactions. Plus on the weekends most of us are trying to get a lil cash and keep it moving! I hope I NEVER have to come to this location again with the jacked up setup!
