I scheduled an appointment. It took over a hour and a half to be seen. This places seems to be run by Nurse Practitioners. The wait time to get called back was crazy. After we were placed in a room, it took the nurse another 35 minutes to see us. I always have the worst experience with this practice. looking for something better. They over book and they continue to do it and try to use the excuse, «oh it’s just today we are really busy». No it’s bad business practice and they seem to have 2 doctors that float around. They don’t really care about the children, they more so are worried about how many people they can possibly bill for that day.

We decided to switch pediatricians since our previous one was a bit of a drive. The wait time is a bit longer than our previous pediatrician’s office. I really like Nina (Pediatric Nurse Practitioner). She is super nice, and super helpful. I have also seen Dr. Zuzo and she is very good as well.
There is a sick waiting area, and a well waiting area which is nice in case kids are sick. Overall, I like this office and the two ladies that I have seen so far are good.

I will have to say that this is the first pediatrician I have ever gone to in my adult life. Also, this is my first child and he deserves the best. In saying that, at the old location it seemed very difficult to get an appointment with a doctor for a simple check-up. At the new location, things seem to working a little more smoothly. We love Dr. Davis! She always figures out what is going on with my son and quickly jumps to the solution. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet and are really quick to get you checked-in. I appreciate the «sick child» room because these germs spread like wild fire. All in all I am happy with them! Just wish they were open earlier for appointments so mommy wouldn’t have to miss so much work lol.
Gotta do what you gotta do as a mother ;)

Ehh. The staff and nurse pracitioners are always nice, but the wait times are horrific. I had a schedued well check-up. I arrived 5 minutes early, was called back late, and didnt leave until 2 hours later! 2 hours! Also, my son’s PCP is Dr. K, but we’ve only seen him once in the 2 ½ yrs we’ve been a patient here. As far as I know, he is a ghost Dr.
