While I am all about being fast-paced, I was very willing to wait for my coffee to be made. It was because of this, I had the chance to actually look around the kafe itself. It reminded me of a sitting area at a friend’s home with soft, Christian music playing in the background to where we could still focus and talk. I feel the goal of this place is ample to distribute the Word of Life and the humbleness of its staff was fitting. I was unaware until after I left they were actually closed when they served me. I am even more impressed that they did so without comment or concern. I will return for another cup of coffee in the near future.

Very cute, cozy shop. Not a coffeehouse in the traditional sense. The boxes of Lipton tea and SwissMiss on the counter are a dead giveaway. More like a gathering place or hangout spot where you can get a cup of coffee like you would at someone’s house. Limited beverage and food options. Their one coffee pot is consumer-sized, not commercial-sized. The shop is also Christ-centered. There are Christian books in English and Spanish, and the guy behind the counter told me they have bible studies on Saturdays. I give them 3 stars for effort.
