This is a quaint little neighborhood place, which has a new owner, so better vibes! They have a vast selection of food to chose from on the menu. I had been having a taste for bbq all weekend, but there’s no good bbq joints close by me, so I decide to try the pulled pork sandwich. The meet was tender and plentiful! Just what I needed to satisfy my bbq tastebuds! The steak fries were nice and thick just like I like them. I enjoyed them with plenty of ketchup! My gf ordered the chicken philly, which she said was perry tasty too. The drinks were strong like we like them! Ebony our bartender was awesome and sweet! I can’t wait to return for more pulled pork!

two of us went in on monday night and we were the only patrons sitting down for dinner. there were two people drinking at the bar. ordered 8 wings and fries, blt w/​mac n cheese. we were there almost an hour before we got our food! it was insane. this was my second time coming in there, trying to give it another chance. um, no more chances. they suck. the food had the nerve to only be just okay. just not appetizingly served or particularly enjoyable. i won’t be back. it’s practically dead over there and these bad reviews will just be the nail in the coffin.

Okay i didn’t read all the 1 and 2 star reviews– this place was the only place open that delivered to my address so i held my nose and ordered.
It doesn’t deserve the reputation it has!
The food wasn’t perfect but i wasn’t expecting perfection from a midnight snack– the burger was cooked decently even if the onions were rawish instead of grilled and small in number, and the fries were varied from one slightly burnt to one undercooked but the rest were seasoned well and fairly crispy. The delivery was quick and the guy who drove up was friendly and professional. I’ve got another sandwich waiting for me for lunch tomorrow as well. I wish the meals came with the fries but other than that I don’t have much of a complaint, i certainly will order from here again when its the only place open so late!

If I could give this place a 0 Stars I would. Ordered a delivery on Saturday afternoon at 12:15 and it is now 2:20 and they’re still not here. When I called the third time to see where my order was they kept telling me all the drivers out he should be there in just a minute but they never came. I asked to speak to a manager but of course they said there wasn’t a manager on duty which is total BS because I run a restaurant and a manager is always there. I’ve given this place a couple opportunities because I live so close, but each time failure. Stay away from this place at all costs

We have been going to Joes to Goes for years… service, food and quality have all gone down hill since we were told of new management. We went in for half price wing wednesday. Please tell me know this makes sense… on their menu they have 24 wings and 2 baskets of fries for $ 24. We order the 24 wings and she tells us that the wings are half price only, and we will still have to pay for the fries… okay. So the bill comes… they’ve charged us $ 12 for wings and $ 5 for fries… for a total of $ 17, not $ 12…they charge the full price for the wing combo and then tack on the extra for the fries! So stupid. Besides, there is NO a la carte pricing for wings on the menu anywhere. We also bought a gift certificate online and were told we couldn’t use it because we had the wing promotion. Disgusted with this place and their rip-​off. Won’t be returning.

I’m utterly disgusted with this place. I’ve spent hundreds there, and did appreciate reliable customer service. Not anymore. I placed a delivery order, which was very specific and detailed. Even ask them to repeat it before finalizing order. All that, and order was still wrong, it was close to closing time, so I stuck without dinner for the night. Went back and forth with the guy that took my order on wanting a «do over» on complete meal”. He really was sticking to his guns that I could only get a sandwich. I thought it was unfair, I mean $ 20 bucks plus tip for a grilled chicken sandwich (I couldn’t eat), chips, and Coke? I think they need to make right, wrong. Period. After having to demand they have so type of integrity and own up to the screw up, he relented and said he was putting me down for a free meal (so I thought). So tonight got in late from work, exhausted, and decided to put in call for the $ 24 wasted there. Guess what! No credit on my account. They had absolutely no record of my incident and basically said manger the will call me at later date. No thanks! I plan on posting this incident everywhere, especially on Unilocal and Facebook were it hurts. Stay FAR AWAY from their delivery service!!!

Ordered a chicken philly @ 11:19, received my food @ 01:25. So after waiting 2 hours for the food that I ordered, I finally get it and it’s burnt! Everything on the sandwich was burnt including the chicken & cheese. The young woman who answered the phone offered to send me another sandwich which was nice but I will never order food from this location again. After a 2 hour wait I expected food that was edible

We ordered this on the Grub Hub app… looking for something easy on a random Tuesday night. We obviously didn’t want to cook! The food offerings were plentiful but by the time the food gets to you it is past it’s prime. Although slow to get (1 hour or more) there were some tasty surprises. I won’t rule it out completely but it will definately be at the bottom of the list.

No stars are deserved! This food took an hour to arrive just for soggy cold food and now the manager is giving me shit about a refund ! Don’t ever come here save your guts the disappointment! I’m not one to complain but this place deserves NO STARS!

So lets go over the details. We called the restaurant asked if the sandwiches come with fries. Were told yes they do. Placed an order for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. 24bucks. Order was delivered 1 hour later.
We called back and when the delivery was made and asked for the manager. The manager stated the sandwiches do not come with fries and that they had to hire new employees so the employees dont know the menu.
Im sorry thats not how customer service works. We have canceled the charge to our credit card and will not be ordering from them ever. The driver returned 15 mins later and picked up the food.
I recommend the owner reach out and correct his employees.

I ordered a lunch special — $ 7.99 for 8 wings and a side. I wanted Cajun lemon pepper and that’s what I received and they were pretty tasty, but nothing special. I wanted fried rice and that’s what I received (although it was kind of dry and burnt). I placed my order over the phone and then picked it up a few minutes later. Good service!

Good food, friendly service. Very laid back. Don’t expect hand and foot service. Staff was knowledgeable about their beers, they were friendly and allowed us to put two flavors of their wing sauce on one order of wongs. It was not crowded for a Saturday night.

Wings are fabulous. Burgers were awful. Too dry for medium. Vegetable of the day was frozen & microwaved too long. Sweet potato fries were great. Kitchen was very slow & we were one of only 3 tables on a Wednesday night. Never going back.

Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. I’ve ordered from them before but no issues like this. The person I ordered from Ashley, completely unprofessional, made a mistake and tried to place the blame on me. Not only did they deliver to the wrong address but they also expected me, if I were to reorder I would have to pay for it again. The manager was FAR from professional. She didn’t even want to talk to me. Fucking pathetic. I wish I got the manager’s name so I can call her out because this was a disgrace. This entire experience with them was awful. Pettiness was strong over here.

Worst lunch I’ve had in a really long time.
My husband and I came here for lunch today. There were only two other tables of people and three waitresses so we thought it wouldn’t take too long. The waitress took our order pretty quickly and then we started waiting for our food. and waiting.and waiting… and some more waiting. About 30 minutes later a woman came out and said they were out of eggs so they couldn’t make my fried egg sandwich and asked if I wanted something else. So I made it easy and just changed it to a BLT — same thing I ordered before, except without eggs. (Why did it take them 30 minutes to realize they were out of eggs??)
When we finally got our food, about 30 minutes after the egg incident, it was quite the letdown. All of our food was cold, not the slightest bit warm. The BLT was barely a sandwich — it only had two pieces of bacon. I tried our sweet potato fries and regular fries and noticed something off. I asked my husband to try and he said the same thing. We figured out it was the ketchup on the table that was off — it tasted spoiled and sour — the ketchup bottles are probably never washed and continually refilled.
We also heard some other men at the restaurant complaining about their food being cold and the mashed potatoes looking like potato soup.
We left very disappointed and feeling nauseated. We won’t be back.

I’ve always liked this place, been ordering from here for over 5 years. The cheeseburger salad was my favorite. I called today to place my usual order and halfway through the delivery window, the lady calls me back to inform me that «I’m 3 miles outside the delivery area». Apparently I’ve moved and didn’t know it. I tell her I order here pretty much weekly and she apologized and tells me she will void my order. Apparently the delivery driver has 6 or 7 people ahead of me and my order is interfering with the «dinner rush».

Food is rarely appetizing. My BBQ sandwich was extremely fatty. The Philly cheesesteak was prepared with yellow cheese (I think it was Kraft singles). On a positive note, the beer selection is good.

They have great teamwork and the karaōke was fun. Nice little crowd –you could find a seat yet it was pretty full. They also had a BOGO so it ended up pretty cheap. Hubby’s ½ lb 3 cheese burger was great and I like their steak fries. My garlic parmsan wings were only so so ~ kind of dry however I am not a wing pro. Should have stuck with the lamb gyro I get when we have it delivered. They have a lot more choices including handmade shakes too.
I really liked the mixed crowd — family friendly and welcoming to all.

Great little spot for burgers, sandwiches, & such. Full bar with a nice selection of draft beers. I’m a fan for when we’re in Lilburn!

This little place been in business for 20 years. This establishment have been through so many different management. The new owners have completely redone the place. New Bar and TV were the enhancements
Good:
Cheap Beer specials 3.00 IPA .Same great food Burgers and wings. They added ribeye steak to there menus.
Bad.
Prices went up. No more special. They advertise they have specials. But I haven’t seen the 5 or 6 dollar wing lunch menu any more since the bar was added. Another warning there are two menus as what I was told by staff. I came in and place a to go order and was charged 3 dollars more than was quoted on the menu! Huge redflag!!. I alerted the staff and was told they have to charge 2 dollars more for fries on togo order. The menu stated 7.99 wings + fry. Not a good way to do business
