Super friendly staff (special kudos to manager Robert Nix and mechanic Gregory Currie), excellent prices, honest, don’t try and upsell, and you can make your appointment online. These guys definitely have my repeat business.

A friend referred me to this Pep Boys when a different shop said I needed 2500. in repairs. Normally I steer clear of corporate shops, they tend to boost their sales with unnecessary add-​ons, and I like a personal touch.
But I tried Pep Boys, admittedly expecting more bad news.
I was in for a pleasant surprise after talking to Robert Nix, the manager. Although they needed a dealer diagnostic to confirm, his experience told him what the likely problem was. After the diag was done — he was right on target. Not only can they perform AND warrant the work for less than half the 2500. but he suggested getting my own parts would save even more.
I know now why my friends vehicles run so well, he’s taken them to Robert and his crew for the last few years.
This is where I’ll take mine going forward.
