This is without a doubt the ABSOLUTE worst popeye’s chicken location. I waited at 10pm for over 25 minutes and finally left. Another time, they gave me chicken fingers that they obviously cut in half because they were the size and length of my pinky finger. I was PISSED and now I refuse to eat there ever again.
Its the only business that is consistently out of tarter and cocktail sauces and could care less if I am a happy customer or not as I usually receive a shrug like they could care LESS about customer service! Again — the absolute worst location!!!

I patroned this location and they were out of chicken in which I had to wait over 20 minutes. The store was a mess and there were 16 employees just standing around. It seems like there is a high turnover with management and the employees don’t care because they were having their individual conversations. The manager knew the reason for my wait but not once asked if there was anything that she could do. I will be looking for either another location or start going to Bojangles since they are saturating Georgia. I was very disappointed.

This is the worst Popeye’s I’ve ever visited. Ratchet is the word that my husband uses! Our daughter drove through the drive through a few days ago and after botching the order multiple times, they put a hairnet in her bag. She tried to speak to a manager about it, but she wouldn’t even come to the front. She clearly doesn’t have control of her staff. We tried contacting corporate, but they said there’s not much that they can do because it’s a franchise. No resolution. No apology for the behavior of the employees. Be warned… if they’ll throw a hairnet in a bag, who knows what they’re doing to the food!
