S & P Hotpot Restaurant & Jerk Center is bringing «Jamerican» cuisine to Lilburn! A favorite local spot, we offer fine dining in a café atmosphere with a broad selection of entrees, from creative and mouthwating dishes that guests of all ages will enjoy. We are making our mark on the world of Jamaican and American cuisine with top-​notch fare!

At S & P, our cuisine is prepared by a food-​loving team, and our chef is driven by high-​quality ingredients derived from local farmers whenever possible. Our culinary team aims to craft a menu that pleases the palate and vision of our clients. The secret to success is preparing every dish with the highest quality ingredients available while using the finest ingredients that are lighter and flavorful.

With over 50 beverages and a broad selection of classic entrees, we have redifned the classic Caribbean restaurant and grill to a high profile American and Caribbean melting pot. The oxtail, which are slow-​cooked for four hours in a savory brown sauce and last, but not least, butter bean, are all time favorite Jamaican style dishes. You can’t leave without trying some of the house specials!

History

Established in 2010.

In 2009, Sydney ventured into Atlanta, Georgia, with his new, fresh and healthy Jamaican cooking concept. On September 1, 2010, Sydney and Chef de Cuisine Pauline opened their doors. S & P Hotpot Restaurant & Jerk Center began serving fresh, healthy and authentic Jamaican dishes in an intimate and inviting setting in Lilburn.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Born and raised in Jamaica, I was taught how to cook by my mom. I came from a mid size family, with five sisters and one brother, but I was always in the kitchen with my mother. In the kitchen is where my mom taught me to cook and bake, a passion I still have today.
