Like the day after I wrote my review, I noticed some sort of bolt stuck in the side of my house. It freaked me out and then I realized it was a bolt that broke off the stump grinder. Our siding is a fake stucco and if isn’t repaired right will cause all kinds of problems.
They were apologetic but again, lacked communication. It did get fixed, a good three or four weeks later, by a stucco repair company that did a great job (at no cost to us). American Stucco Repair.
I’m satisfied that they made things right, just wish things didn’t take so long to get done.
