Unethical! Ordering through the drive-​thru and the prices they ring up on the screen are MORE than what’s posted on the order board. When asked why a sandwich was showing up as $ 0.40 more than posted price — the response was, «Oh, the board’s prices are out of date.» We ended up canceling our order & leaving. Wonder how many other people were overcharged for this deceit?

I normally have horrible service at mcdonalds! Today i ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes with extra hot fudge in the drive thru. We get to the window and pay and the lady is very nice and respectful. We get to the pickup window and they get the order wrong… no extra hot fudge. They immediately notice and give us two more sundes along with the ones they had already given us for free. Great experience at a normally crappy place!
