UNOH Event center

I came her for my nieces’ nuptials– ceremony and reception to boot– and was wonderfully impressed. They turned this once shaggy 1980s movie theatre into a fine and roomy event space.
The place is expansive and complete with a riser stage; it is about the size of two full size basketball courts. I felt is was better for the reception than the wedding, where the seating can be split into sides, opening up a large dance floor. For the wedding though intimacy was lost in the space, and some were forced to witness the I Do-​s from a hard angle, but it wasn’t too bad.
The place has a nice PA system for music, two LCD screens, and twin golden chandeliers adding class to the environs.
The bar sits out in the lobby. Not sure if UNOH supplies the bar tenders, but they did a fantastic job keeping the line moving. I would know, I was out there a lot. I needed to drink. No way am I so old to have a hitched niece!
I recommend for any events calling for lots of space.

Comedy night here is SUPER fun, from pro comics to the open mikes. its a laugh riot.
