This Bed & Breakfast is a gem! We stayed here for one night and we were the only guests that night. Rosie, our gracious hostess and owner greeted us at the door as we walked up. She gave us a quick tour and shared pictures of her grand-children. Which, we were informed, was a requisite to staying at her B&B! I was immediately taken at the spaciousness and décor of the place. Rosie left no surface unfettered and the homey little touches made the place warm and inviting. It was like going to your favorite Aunt’s house. You immediately felt comfortable, safe and relaxed. We were taken to our room, the Wildflower room, it was spacious and decked out in purple! Rosie pointed out the small fridge and complimentary water/juices for us. She asked us what time we would like breakfast in the morning! Nine a.m. sounded perfect to us! After that she went about her business and we settled in for a nap. The bed was comfortable and it didn’t take us long to fall into slumber. After rising we went out to dinner and much like living at home, we were asked to turn off the porch light and lock the front door when we returned! Our breakfast Sunday morning was absolutely wonderful. Chicken Sausage breakfast taco’s! Rosie made a decadent Pico de gallo to accompany her creation and fresh berries adorned the table. We were also presented with the Sunday paper! After breakfast we had the pleasure of visiting with Rosie and she educated us about her other passion; Fused Glass. We were so taken with the pieces she had around the place we purchased 7 pieces for our own home. If you want to stay in a warm, friendly welcoming B&B in Lincoln City, visit Rosie at the Coast Inn… but you better book quick, she has the place up for sale and may be gone any minute! If someone else takes it over, it may still be a B&B, but it will not be the same without Rosie! Rates for Coast Inn is in line with most Bed and Breakfasts, and much cheaper than some of the resort hotels in the area. When you go, say hi to Rosie for me!

Lovely B&B close to the ocean in Lincoln City. The owner, Rosie, is very friendly — and a great chef! :D Our breakfast was fantastic — delicious french toast with a local berry sauce and tasty rosemary ham! We took a short glass-making class from her and made two cute glass coasters each. It was a wonderful memento of our trip. Our room was spacious and Rosie thoughtfully provides oodles of amenities, including a small fridge in each room with water and juices. We will definitely be back here!
