Selection and choices of what I was purchasing (seats and handle bar stems) was not huge… However, the gentle man that was there helped us in a laid back style and have us just what we needed. Compared to the option at cycle craft, of the two items I bought, one I could not find and the other was 5 dollar more at cyclecraft– plus, bicycle tech offered a male and female version of the seat, while cyclecraft only offered a unisex version.

Most of what I was going to say has already been said, but I have to go on record and add a bit more. Rich and staff are CONSISTENTLY friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. And, to boot, if you ask a question about maintenance and repair, they will even share a secret or two. How can you beat all of that?! You can’t. I guess all these things are the «secrets» that bring you back.

Today I purchased a Trek Verve 4 from Bicycle Tech and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this place. The shop owner Rich and his staff members Pete & Dimitre are true professionals. Pete was my salesman and his knowledge of the bikes and the accessories was outstanding, he even showed me how to attach my bike rack to the car. Dimitre customized my bike helmet for me with longer straps, he is also very knowledgeable with the bikes. Old school & professional service are hard to find, I’m glad that I found this place!

Rich and his team are awesome! We showed up unannounced for a quick adjustment and Rich kindly took care of both bikes. The whole team is always very helpful and super nice. I would highly recommend this shop for all your cycling needs.

I normally don’t leave reviews but in this case I have to make an exception. The quality of service at this excellent bike shop is unbelievable. I went in looking for a certain style of bike and Dimitry (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) made a great presentation of 3 bikes that fit my needs highlighting all of the important features. This made my selection a cinch. Afterward, he handed my bike off to the master mechanic (didn’t get his name) who was very pleasant and helpful. He came out of his work area to make sure I knew how much longer it would be and to answer a few more of my questions. He quickly installed all of my chosen accessories and I was off. This is my second bike purchased here and I recommend anyone who is in search of one to give these guys a try. If you are skeptical just go in and ask a few questions and you will not want to purchase anywhere else. Thank you Bicycle Tech staff for your wonderful work.

Awesome shop, ordered my electra beach cruiser on Monday and got the call on Friday that the bike was ready to be picked up.
Great service, and everyone is super helpful and friendly. I love my bike and can’t wait to bring her in for her routine service. check, hopefully I will get to this week.

Rich runs a great shop. He treats each customer as if he/​she was the only customer. (Even when the shop is crazy busy). He trains his staff to fix and repair and tune consistently. By the way, besides fixing my Canondale for years through my many rigorous rides, Rich and the team also repaired my SPIN bike which is in my house! They came to my house, picked it up in the truck, tuned it up like new and returned it. Now that is bike service.

This is by far the best bike shop I have ever stepped foot in. Rich was so helpful & being new to the sport of cycling I needed guidance. I found that & so much more at this shop! A+++ no reason to ever go anywhere else for quality servicing & bikes:)

I ventured in here a few years ago with my old road bike (I’ve since bought a new one)…It is a high end racing bike from the mid 90s with many custom additions… The one thing that most bike shops mention (and get confused by) is the fact that I had a Shimano DuraAce drivetrain with Campy shifters… ??? …My race mechanic, back in the day, somehow modified the bike to accommodate this… These guys were the only mechanics I’ve EVER been to that knew how that was done… I was impressed…
Got my tune up, new tires and was off riding again…
They’ve since moved to a new building and I haven’t been back, but I’m sure the service is just as great…

Awesome store and staff. We came at closing and they treated us like gold. They had the bike that we wanted and after they tuned it up my son had his bike 20 minutes after we walked into the store. The store is amazing clean and the staff were fantastic!

A friend of mine told me about bike tech. I was getting back to the road world and they know their stuff and are nice about it. What a concept. They love what they do and it shows. Go to bike tech for you cycling needs and you will be coming back again and again.

I wanted a beach cruiser bike after a trip to Los Angeles. I searched and searched many websites and wan’t able to find what I needed. The Schwinn website listed Bicycle Tech as a Schwinn dealer so away I went. The gentleman that helped me was so great. He never tried to up sell me and was honest about what options I needed. They did not have my bike in stock so they had to order it. It came in 2 day earlier than anticipated ! Highly recommend!

Shop was recommended by a friend who is an avid biker. I went there to buy a helmet and could immediately see why he recommmended it. Everything is displayed well, and the workshop area was very clean.
Steve was very helpful in fitting me with the right helmet.
