AAA Green Cab & Airport Shuttle

I had the best transportation experience with this company. They were very punctual and professional. They helped with the luggage in and out of the car. But most important was the honesty and integrity. I left my iPhone behind in the car. They not only found it and secured it for me but mailed it all the way to Texas with priority mail! Thank you so much!

We used this taxi service this weekend from Thunder Valley Casino to the Tim McGraw concert. Great service! The owner was our driver and he was exceptionally nice, didn’t charge us for our wait time when we were stuck in traffic due to concert. He even let us use his portable phone charger! We will use again!

On Valentine’s Day my fiancé and I decided to go to Thunder Valley. We booked a hotel room as we drove up I-​5 and finally checked in at 10 PM. We found AAA Green Cab while searching Google for local taxi services. The man on the phone said 10 – 15 minutes, but by the time we walked to the lobby, the taxi was there! We were in the cab when I got a courtesy phone call telling me, «Your taxi is out front». The ride from our hotel was short and the price was reasonable. At 3 AM, we realized we were up $ 100 and decided to leave. Again, we called AAA Green Cab and were told 8 minutes, but by the time I hung up the phone, our taxi was there! The owner of the company was our driver and we had a great conversation on the way back. He really takes pride in his business and cared about what we thought of their service. Their cars were very comfortable and clean and didn’t have that ‘febreeze-​over-​vomit’ smell that I remember from our trips to Reno. We will definitely use AAA Green Cab again when we visit Thunder Valley!
Improvements: It was a little long to pay by credit card, perhaps a tablet or iPad in the car would make transactions faster.

One of the amazing taxi services in placer and sacramento county. I have been using them for years and never once had any complaint about it. Always on time, courteous drivers, clean non-​smoking cars, 24 hour service. 100% recommended for local and all airports transportation.

Worst service ever. Called on a Tuesday night and got a smart talking man who had no clue about taxi service. I guess being raised in sf and New York has a girl growing up with certain expectations. They called me names and got when I took another cab that happened to come 20 mins before them. Very disappointed. :(as a pregnant woman I would expect them to understand

Our driver TJ was awesome. He arrived sooner than expected and was very courteous. He used the fastest route to the airport and didn’t overcharge. I’ll definitely be using this company again. Thank you AAA Green Cab!
