I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Nebraska. I am affiliated with Lincoln First Realty located in Lincoln, NE. For over 9 years I have been helping families with various real estate needs. I began leasing apartments to individuals going to school and/​or just starting out in life. After working in that field I began helping others buy their first home in a very down market. Since then I have continued to help first time home buyers but then have also been able to meet a variety of people through my position as Real Estate Instructor and then also as the Government Affairs Director at the Realtors Association of Lincoln. I have enjoyed now helping people buy their first investment property and piece of land to build a home one and even townhomes for a little less to maintain in their lives. I constantly strive to not just be a person someone happens to meet that has a key to lockboxes. I pride myself on being a true professional Realtor. This is my only career, the way that I provide for my family and I work hard for my clients whether they need me to or not. I have been in the shoes of many of my clients, I bought my first home and sold it a few years later, so I know what its like to not have much equity. I have bought a home that had been run down for years by others and I transformed it into what can only be described as new construction. I purchased a rental property that has 3 units and manage it myself. I built a home and served as the builder in a new development.
