Just waited 45 minutes in the drive thru and they screwed up my order. How do you mess up chicken stars? Haha what a joke.

Horrible Customer service, some of my food was missing from my drive through order and had to drive back to get what I paid for. I had to wait for the«food bagger» to help me seemed like they do not empower their staff to help a customer. The bagger clearly was the person who made the mistake to my order. He finally asked me «what do you need» I explained I had a missing sandwich and his comment back to me was«I don’t know if it was in the bag or not but I’ll get you one» No apology given only a passive aggressive accusation. I later called the manager again no apology just thank you for the feedback I will Tell him. I don’t even think she was the manager. 11 year Lincoln resident and I WILLNEVERRETURN.

We live in Lincoln with a some what limited food choices. We do frequent this Carl’s Jr. — tonight we decided to order our dinner at the drive thru; after picking up our dog that just had surgery. Placed order. Super Star combo with onion large size. Missing second burger patty! Western combo — part of the patty was hard! And Famous star with cheese on a honey wheat bun cold! Took about 6 minutes to drive home. Which is less time than we spent sitting in the parking lot waiting for our order to be delivered to vehicle! We had to park; wait 7 – 8 minutes for food — which only to discover that when you call in and complain — Judith ** informs me that they can replace food if I want to bring it back with receipt! Are you kidding me!!! No refunds! Won’t be returning anytime soon, except to speak to Management in the morning!

This is a good Carl’s Jr location and my family comes here all the time. Customer service is always great and usually they are fast with making the food. I don’t like how they sometimes have you pull forward to the front from the drive through. I came through the drive through for a reason. And every once in a while we get served old food. This is very rare but since it happens on occasion I wanted to mention it. I will say that they are good about remaking food. Also, the original thick burgers are delicious!

Really great service, drive thru and dine in. Great spot to stop if you just need something to tide you over. :) Breakfast sandwiches can be a little hit or miss. I got 2 the other day and 1 was all dried out. I’m not a huge fan of the biscuit sandwiches– they seem to bready for me. Te breakfast burritos are the bomb! Great flavor and a good size– is highly recommend them. Lunch time they have great burgers. They also usually will have a limited release burger that just might hit the spot! Drive thru service here is fantastic! It’s really the best. Super fast and accurate! I’ll usually just dine in after late night softball games with a few of my teammates. It’s pretty dead around 10pm but they are friendly and quick. They also keep it super clean and even bring our orders to us!

I don’t like fast food, nor do I expect an amazing burger when I go and get fast food. I was pressed for time on my lunch break and went to the drive thru at this Carl’s Jr. The lady who took my order was really nice. She even asked me if I wanted anything else after I already paid and got my order. Other fast food places don’t do that. I mean, I could’ve wanted ketchup, or ranch, or have been obnoxious and realized I wanted criss cut fries even though I didn’t order it and make the people behind me wait on me. I didn’t, I said no thanks and was on my way. So I bite into my burger and I was awe struck, you got it… over a fast food burger. 1. The bread isn’t rough and it doesn’t scrape the roof of my mouth, and it doesn’t have that questionable«is this stale?» taste to it either. Here’s the kicker it has a true charbroiled taste. Not like other places that claim they charbroil their burgers. I’m sure they charbroil them in the Midwest, ship it over here and when you order it they warm it in the microwave. Nope, that’s not the flavor profile I was getting, it was legit. I don’t know what sorcery you’re pulling over there, Carl’s Jr, but keep it up. Don’t let the man get you down, and I’ll keep ordering your burgers when I’m pressed for time. You’re a-ok in my book!

Love love love the mile high bacon cheese burger. The service was slow, and the ‘music’ was not music, but we were satisfied because of the burger!

I don’t go to fast food places that often… a few times a year. However, I will make an exception for the sausage egg sandwiches at Carl’s Jr. At this location, they come out hot, tasty, and seem fresh. I’m a fan…

I honestly usually do not write reviews for a fast food restaurant however wanted to make it very well known that this was the best customer service I’ve ever received and the food was so delicious I literally licked the wrapper! Bravo to the young guy at the window he was very polite smile the whole time and was just super efficient. my food came so quick that I thought it was going to be gross and leftovers but they came through and it was completely fresh the hash browns were hot and breakfast sandwich was delicious!

I am not a fan of fast food, but this is so convenient to my office. For a fast food place I will have to say the really have it nailed when it comes to customer service. They have their employees walk around the restaurant and ask how the customers meals are and if they need any other condiments to make their meal better. They even bus the tables while your eating. You don’t get this at fast food usually like their grilled chicken salad to keep things on the healthy side.

Drive through is on the slow side, but the food tasted great! This store is a nice clean restaurant with super friendly employees.

This is a funny review, but I have to tell you the food is good the place is clean and the people there go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Way better food than that Italian food place in Lincoln.

Not bad price wise, but on the higher end for fast food. They messed up my order once, but made immediate ammends with a free dinner the next week. Alway has super nice service and doesn’t take forever to get your food.

Food as fast, service was ok… I don’t know how some of you feel about the staff walking around asking if your done or if they can take the tray from you. I don’t enjoy being continually bothered while trying to eat. but different strokes for different folks, right?

Really?! How hard is it to add onion rings to a sandwich? It doesn’t sound that complicated and yet time and again they manage to charge me for them and then not only leave off the onion rings but remove the lettuce AND tomato! It makes me so angry that I write gratuitously long sentences describing my rage. The second star is for friendliness, cause they are really sweet whilst f’ing up my order.

Very Friendly. The servers come around and tend to your needs. Meals were prepared fresh and very consistant with other Carl’s Jr chains.

Did I somehow stumble into the town of Stepford or some fast food parallel universe? Gotta say that the food was standard Carl’s Jr. fare. Yes, the service is freakishly nice. .. in a strange, but good way. Stepford employee coming up to our table: «How’s everything?» Friend: «Do you have any ketchup?» Thinking that the employee would just point out to where the lil’ packets are.. . Stepford employee: «How much would you like?» WTF? Did I hear that correctly? And, he comes back with some ketchup packets. Asked us if anything fun was going on tonight. and. . «Do you need anything else?» Another employee joked about bringing out a peppermill for my friend. By this time, I was seriously thinking that she would come back and grind fresh ground pepper on our food. Now our group was there kinda late in the evening, so maybe the employees were bored? But, I would have to say Stepford is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn’t want to live there.. . you know what happens to the women-folk in Stepford.
