Kent is one of the best therapist I’ve ever been in counseling with & I highly recommend him. I saw him for years, but recently stopped because I moved to Kansas, and his office is just too far away now. He helped guide me through some very difficult times of my life thus far(divorce, death of my parents and being diagnosed with cancer) & has continued to be an excellent resource in helping me flourish as a happy, healthy person. He is a great listener; and sessions & «homework» with him were very productive — rather than just feeling like I went there to simply talk. His approach is positive, but realistic & challenging. He has a great spirit & uplifting energy. So guys, he may be they guy for you & ladies, I can verify that he works well with women. He offers individual or couples counseling so if you’re interested in focused help to create the life you want, give Kent a try. He definitely made a positive, lasting difference in my life.

Bad therapist. Offensive to women. Proceed at your own risk. My husband and I were not at risk of divorce when we first visited Kent. We had experienced a few hiccups in our marriage and wanted a check-up. Kent told us we needed to see him as a couple as well as individually. After about six months of his«counseling,» our marriage was in real trouble — a few months from ending. Fortunately, we both recognized that we needed to get away from the toxic influence, and we are OK now. As a parting gift, this guy actually made disparaging comments about the abilities of female therapists. Unfortunately, for me, I would be afraid to seek marriage counseling in the future. I just can’t risk it.
