Five stars to Eli at LAX Auto LLC.
There was no high pressure back and forth or any of the BS you get at so many other dealers.
He’ll quickly negotiate a very fair price right off the bat.
Then, he went above and beyond in getting the car checked out and arranging shipping at a very reasonable price. In all dealings Eli proved to be honest, considerate, and ethical.
Lax Auto is a smaller dealership with very personal service, and I believe Eli is the owner and it is clear he really cares. In my mind, the customer really benefits by shopping with somebody like Eli who may take a moment or two to get back to you, but who also truly cares about his customers and his business’s reputation rather than some salesperson at a larger dealership with high turnover.
