History

Established in 1992.

The business started off as a small corner shop back in 1992. As the demand for a specialty store was needed little Saigon was born. After many years the city of lincoln grew so did the store. We moved to what use to be a laundry mat and turned it into a grocery store. Now today after almost 20 Years the building is not what it use to be. Today it has a 6 unit expansion with a restaurant connected to it. We are proud to be the number one provider in international foreign produce for Lincoln Nebraska.

Meet the Business Owner

Thuy L.

Business Owner

She was a young entrepreneur. With a family of 12 it was hard to survive in Vietnam. Her Family was considered the poorest in the village. Living in a 1 room shack for the whole family was difficult. Owning only a pair of clothing for years. In order to survive Thuy was only 7 years old. Every morning she would scavenge along the beach finding anything from shell fish to straw hats. The things she would find regardless of how random they were she would put it out on the market street. Every day finding a spot on the streets to spread her items in order to provide. This is what makes her a business women she is today.
